respiratoires (IVR) sont la <strong>premi\u00e8re cause de d\u00e9c\u00e8s li\u00e9e aux maladies infectieuses<\/strong> dans le monde, la cinqui\u00e8me cause de mortalit\u00e9 toutes causes confondues, et la principale cause de d\u00e9c\u00e8s chez les enfants de moins de 5 ans.<br><strong>Fortement li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pauvret\u00e9<\/strong>, elles repr\u00e9sentent 40 % des d\u00e9c\u00e8s et 17 % des cas signal\u00e9s en Afrique subsaharienne, avec <strong>2,4 millions de d\u00e9c\u00e8s dus aux infections respiratoires aigu\u00ebs enregistr\u00e9s en 2016.<\/strong><\/p><p>La pr\u00e9vention des maladies respiratoires pulmonaires (MRP) en Afrique subsaharienne se heurte \u00e0 d\u2019importants d\u00e9fis technologiques et non technologiques. Ces obstacles limitent l\u2019acc\u00e8s de nombreux patients \u00e0 des soins de qualit\u00e9, notamment dans les zones recul\u00e9es ou \u00e0 faibles ressources, et exigent des transformations l&rsquo;adoption massive de technologies de diagnostic innovantes<\/strong><\/h5><p><br>Le projet HOLICARE vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une approche holistique des soins de sant\u00e9 dans trois pays pilotes : Ethiopie, Ouganda et S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.<\/p><p>Pour combler le foss\u00e9 entre l&rsquo;excellence technologique, l&rsquo;infrastructure disponible pour la production de diagnostics, le
