Le projet HOLICARE met en \u0153uvre un programme d’\u00e9change de chercheurs entre les partenaires du consortium. Des chercheurs d’Afrique subsaharienne sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour des visites d’\u00e9tude dans des instituts de recherche en Europe. Depuis le lancement du projet en 2022, sept chercheurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par leurs institutions d’origine pour participer \u00e0 des \u00e9changes de recherche par le biais de d\u00e9tachements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Sosina Ayalew, qui a effectu\u00e9 un s\u00e9jour d’\u00e9change \u00e0 la KTH, a partag\u00e9 son exp\u00e9rience de recherche. Sosina est actuellement chercheur associ\u00e9 en biotechnologie de la sant\u00e9 \u00e0 l’AHRI. Le but de sa visite \u00e9tait de r\u00e9aliser des exp\u00e9riences scientifiques dans le cadre de sa recherche doctorale. Elle s’est rendue \u00e0 la KTH pour identifier sp\u00e9cifiquement les marqueurs de prot\u00e9ines s\u00e9riques pour le diagnostic de la tuberculose. \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons envoy\u00e9 un \u00e9chantillon de s\u00e9rum d’\u00c9thiopie et effectu\u00e9 l’analyse au SciLifeLab de KTH. Au SciLifeLab, Sosina a re\u00e7u une formation sur la technologie Olink Proximity Extension Assay (PEA). \u00ab La formation et les exp\u00e9riences en laboratoire se sont tr\u00e8s bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9es. J\u2019ai acquis deux le\u00e7ons pr\u00e9cieuses : l\u2019apprentissage de l\u2019analyse prot\u00e9omique bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019affinit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la plateforme Olink, et la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019analyses de donn\u00e9es bas\u00e9es sur R. Actuellement, je travaille sur un manuscrit pour publier les r\u00e9sultats de mes recherches. \u00bb<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Apr\u00e8s sa visite d’\u00e9change, Sosina estime que les d\u00e9tachements HOLICARE ont un grand potentiel pour favoriser des recherches \u00e0 fort impact et d\u00e9velopper des collaborations fructueuses. \u00ab\u00a0La visite d’\u00e9change m’a donn\u00e9 l’occasion de mener des recherches \u00e0 fort impact dans le domaine des diagnostics de la tuberculose bas\u00e9s sur des biomarqueurs. J’ai \u00e9galement rencontr\u00e9 des experts dans ce domaine et \u00e9tabli de nouvelles relations avec de futurs collaborateurs potentiels. Je pense que lorsque le manuscrit sera publi\u00e9, il contribuera \u00e0 la recherche dans le domaine du diagnostic de la tuberculose \u00e0 l’aide de biomarqueurs prot\u00e9iques.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
