HOLICARE Resources & Network
Capacity building through transfer of manufacturing

According to the United Nations, capacity building is defined as the process of developing and strengthening the skills, instincts, abilities, processes and resources that organizations and communities need to survive, adapt, and thrive in a fast-changing world. In order to achieve its mission of developing trustworthy equitable healthcare diagnostics and clinical support for respiratory tract infections, developing local skills and resources is an integral part of this project.

To achieve this, HOLICARE will undertake the following actions to ensure capacity building:

1. Enhancing digital infrastructures to link them with local health systems

2. Creating quality-controlled biobanks

3. Enabling data connectivity for diagnostic results data flow

4. Ensuring QC processes and enhancement of local manufacturing

Knowledge Management

In this section, we share publications and resources from HOLICARE partners and external experts, covering both the technical aspects of diagnostics—such as LAMP and LFT technologies—and their public health implications.
